- For use by adults and children 12 years of age and over: insert entire contents of one applicator into the vagina at bedtime for seven nights in a row. Throw applicator away after use. Squeeze a small amount of cream onto your fingertips, and apply to itchy or irritated skin outside of the vagina. Use two times daily for up to seven days, as needed
