Alpha Female Philippines was born with the mindset of bringing Effective, Hardworking & Accessible options for us Modern Filipinas. We are a one-stop shop for Feminine Care and Wellness.

Do I need a prescription for certain products?
No, we don’t require prescriptions. However, we recommend consulting with your Obgyne or doing thorough research especially when purchasing treatment products.
Help! I am not aware what product I should purchase?
Don’t fret! We totally get you. Please SMS/Viber at 0961-026-0371 or FB messenger @alphafemaleph and we will help you select the product suited best for you.
Where is your shop located? Do you have any retail locations?
Alpha Female Philippines is purely an online business since 2018. We are currently selling thru our website, Lazada and Shopee. We are located in Manila and Pick-ups can be arranged and scheduled if location is convenient to the buyer.
What are your shipping options?
We are currently offering 4 types:
- Delivery within the same day – actual delivery rate of Grab or Lalamove or similar on account of buyer
- Delivery 2 to 3 days for Metro Manila – fixed rate of 100php
- Delivery 2 to 3 days for Greater Manila – fixed rate of 150php
- Delivery 2 to 3 days for Province – fixed rate of 200php
- Pickup at Manila
What are your payment options?
We have made it convenient! We accept CASH ON DELIVERY, CASH ON PICK-UP, BPI & BDO Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Paypal, GCASH, Paymaya, Coins.ph, 7/11 and Remittance Center
What is your Operating Hours?
We are open Monday to Sunday, 9:00AM to 7:00PM including Holidays unless stated otherwise. Our cut-off for Provincial Delivery is 12noon for same day drop off to LBC. Last order for Same day delivery Metro Manila is 6:30PM.
Is this in Discreet Packaging?
Absolutely YES! We use a non-discreet packaging for your absolute privacy. Likewise, couriers are not aware of the content inside.
What is your Return Policy?
In the rare event that item received is damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please immediately send us a message together with the photo of the product via viber at 0961-026-0371 or FB messenger @alphafemaleph for confirmation of subject issue.
We allow return & exchange or return & refund for orders confirmed faulty or defective. We shall shoulder all the return and replacement fees and correct the error the soonest. Please note that we only accommodate reports done within 7 days of receipt of package.
Should you want to return or exchange your purchase due to change of mind, we shall allow this within 7 days of receipt of package. Likewise the original packaging should be unopened and the shipping fee shouldered by buyer.
